  1. Abbiamo deciso di organizzare un matrimonio “natalizio” in due mesi in un periodo storico complesso. Sicuramente è stata una sfida ardua ma Olga ha accettato di aiutarci nel realizzare il nostro sogno. Ci ha ascoltati, supportati e incoraggiati nei momenti di sconforto e, soprattutto, ha gioito con noi nel il giorno del grande evento.
    Siamo stato degli sposi non facili ma lei, con pazienza, ha organizzato il nostro matrimonio proprio come volevamo noi.
    Grazie Olga per averci preso per mano e accompagnati in questa nostra avventura.

  2. Having a dream wedding in Italy when you live is Iceland is not an easy task. There are language barriers and sometimes limited information online. Trying to organize a wedding celebration remotely by yourself, we soon found out was almost impossible. Fortunately, Olga was recommended to us, and we couldn’t be happier with her services.
    One of the things we wanted most was to be able to have a stress-free and romantic wedding day where we could take care of our family and guests and prepare ourselves for the ceremony without worrying about the dinner party, deliveries, decorations and all the little details that need handled. Olga made our fantasy wedding possible. She is imaginative, resourceful and organized, an absolute pleasure to work with. Prior to and on our wedding day she was always available, ready to cater to all our needs. Absolutely went above and beyond our expectations.

  3. Olga was truly amazing to have as our day of coordinator for our wedding in Soave! My one compliant would be that I’m upset I didn’t find her sooner! Since my knowledge of Italian is not as much as I would like, it was super nice to have someone like Olga who understands and speaks English so well that she was able to translate and communicate with our vendors to make sure that my (now) husband and I’s vision came to life! She was super accessible via email and we also had numerous Skype calls before our wedding day to finalize all of the planning details and to provide any additional help that we needed- like organizing a bartender, or thinking of design ideas. She was extremely thorough in understanding all of our wedding details and even met us at the venue the week of the wedding to go over all the details in person.

    On the day of the wedding I was able to just fully relax and spend time with my bridesmaids, mom, and mother-in-law getting ready instead of worrying about any details for the ceremony and reception. Then during the reception if my husband and I had any questions or needed to communicate any possible changes that we wanted to make, Olga was always right there to relay anything to the other vendors.

    Our wedding turned out to be such a perfect day and event, we could not be happier with that day! All in all, I would highly recommend Olga to anyone who is looking for a wedding planner, or a day of coordinator (like what we did)!

    Olga ha organizzato il giorno perfetto per noi. Era sempre raggiungibile, cercava di organizzare tutto secondo i nostri desideri e ci ha aiutato con tutti i particolari e i dettagli. Grazie a lei abbiamo avuto un matrimonio facile! Grazie di tutto.

    Olga organised the perfect day for us. She was always reachable, tried to organise everything as per our wishes and helped us with all the small and little things. Thanks to her we had an easy wedding! Thank you for everything.

  5. Olga did a great job and we are really happy about our wedding! All guests were amazed by the location, the food and the music.
    She helped us to find a priest who wanted to marry us and it was not easy because local priests often marry only local people. She took care of the catering, the cake, the invitations, the flowers, the music, the make up, the photographer and the hairdresser. We had very little time to spend looking for the suppliers and she found what we needed with a great result. She also took care of organizing the hotels for the people coming from other cities and the transfer from the wedding location back to the hotels. Everything was perfectly organized and we could enjoy our day without any worries or surprises. The guests could ask her informations before and during the wedding so we really just chilled out and enjoyed ourselves. We did not have to worry about anything and that was such a great relief! She was very patient with everybody and she advised us on every aspect.

    Vogliamo ringraziare sentitamente, Olga, perche ci ha aiutato tantissimo! Ci è stata vicina nei primi passi del nostro matrimonio, quando ancora non avevamo ben chiaro cosa volevamo, e ci ha consigliato, accompagnato e indirizzato con la massima professionalità e sensibilità!   8. Buongiorno, sono Roberta e mi sono sposata circa un mese fa a Verona. Non conoscendo la città, ho preferito appoggiarmi ad un wedding planner e mi sono imbattuta, per mia fortuna, in Wedding Valpolicella e in particolare nella persona di Olga.
    Non potevo chiede di meglio!
